National Universities Commission says over 28
billion naira will needed to fund the second
phase of the Nigerian Research and Education
network. NUC Executive Secretary Professor
Julius Okojie disclosed this at the opening of a 5-
day workshop on Network Monitoring and
Measurement in Abuja.
The amount is expected to enhance efforts at
broadening the scope of the network to
accomodate all universities in the country.
