Driver Who Stripped Naked To Resist Being Arrested Finally Gets Arrested

Yesterday we brought you the story of a commercial driver in Calabar, Cross Rivers State who feigned insanity to avoid being arrested by the Federal Road Safety Corps. The driver, who has been identified as Ekpe Okpo Ekpeyong, was stopped by the FRSC and asked to show his vehicle particulars.
He then got out of his car, got completely naked and started behaving in a very strange manner. His gimmick worked as the officials let him go, but it seems the grand plan to avoid being arrested has backfired. Ekpeyong was spotted earlier on today by FRSC officials and when he was stopped for questioning, he attempted to strip naked again! Luckily for the officials, they had wisened up and took charge of the situation before it went too far.
