Ekiti APC Sues EKSIEC, Government

The Ekiti state chapter of the All Progressives Congress has dragged the state government and the newly constituted state Independent Electoral Commission EKSIEC to an Ado-Ekiti High Court. APC is accusing the Commission Chairman Kayode Bamisile and other members of being a card carrying member of the Peoples Democratic Party.
While bamisile vehemently denies this, APC prays the court among other things to dissolve eksiec and stop the December 19th Local Govt Election. With controversy surrounding the proposed december 19th Local Govt Election, the court of law is now the next place of battle between Ekiti PDP and APC.
