Former chief of army staff lieutenant General Kenneth Minimah says he is leaving behind officers and men that are capable of defeating Boko haram. This he noted is a far cry from the troops with low morale he inherited on assuming office about 18 months ago.
General Minimah who spoke while handing over to the new Army chief Tanko Buratai is convinced that the army would be a better fighting force under the new leadership
